PPE pedigree drives innovation

In this article from the February 2014 issue of International Fire Fighter, Bristol explores its history and track record of innovation in personal protective equipment for the emergency services from its earliest beginning in the 1940s to the present day. It also looks at how almost 75 years' experience in the design of class leading firefighter clothing, and meeting the different standards covering performance in well over 100 countries, has created a pedigree which underpins several generations of PPE which the company has created since standards were first introduced in the UK over 30 years ago .
